Our Story
Our journey began in 1972 as a staffing company helping clients find the right employees throughout San Diego. Over the next five decades, Eastridge expanded nationally and vertically adding specialized services. In 2007, we introduced workforce management solutions, including EOR and MSP programs. In 2013 we launched our workforce technology solution, now known as Talient.
In 2025, Eastridge Workforce Solutions divested its Workforce Management and Workforce Technology Divisions to Workwell, a global leader in human capital management (HCM) and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
Today, our Group's total revenue is over $2 billion, with a global team of over 500 employees serving clients with workforce management needs in over 80 countries.
We are proud of our history but our mission to provide innovative EOR and HCM solutions that help businesses manage their global flexible workforces with greater agility, compliance, and efficiency is just getting started!
